Well, think about vampires or strigoi (as the locals know them), the living dead, werewolves, witches and ghosts. Better yet, think of Bram Stoker’s renowned Dracula.

Why Halloween Transylvania?
Well, think about vampires or strigoi (as the locals know them), the living dead, werewolves, witches and ghosts. Better yet, think of Bram Stoker’s renowned Dracula.
The story and birth of Dracula is just a drop in the sea of other scary stories and events that happened and are currently happening in this place.
There are the creepy castles filled with the pain of all those that died between their walls. You’ll get goosebumps just imagining the ritual killings happening in this castle.
There are ghosts and forest spirits and other mythical creatures you don’t want to get face to face with.
I think you got the idea.
There are a lot of scary things in Transylvania, but that’s only one of the reasons you should come and visit.

Transylvania is actually an incredibly beautiful place.
It has amazing cities filled with friendly and lovely people that a day tour is never enough.
It has old as time villages and historical centers where a horse-drawn carriage is still the normal choice for going from point A to point B.
It has delicious traditional cuisine that will electrify all your senses and make your food tours worthwhile.
Prince Charles gives his word on how beautiful Transylvania is
At last, Prince Charles is a true fan of Transylvania.
In fact, he owns a few several houses in villages across Transylvania.
Who could ask for a better recommendation than one that comes directly from the British Royal?

Now, I don’t want to spoil the surprise, but besides that, you’ll also see:
Locals dressed in traditional clothes that are 100 years old.
Houses, Cabins, Churches made out of wood and chirpici (a mix of mud and hay).
Sheep, Chicken, Ducks and Cows roaming around freely in the villages.
I won’t say more, because you need to discover the other amazing aspects of this place with your own eyes.

Halloween Party
In addition to Halloween decorations, this year’s event enchants you with a unique sensory experience– listen to scary music, meet up with Count Dracula and his friends, known as creatures of the night and, of course, lots of candies for kids.
The low lighting, the creaking of the floors, and the red wine will complete the atmosphere of horror in this Castle.
Note: Pay attention if you suffer from claustrophobia, if you are sensitive to flashing lights and loud sounds, or if you have small children you need to carry.
Also, please be advised of the low temperatures in the Castle and the slippery stairs. For your own safety, please follow the instructions of the Castle staff.
